By now its all over the internets, but I had to get my post in too, regardless if you’ve heard the joint or not. This is some fresh music from the Inglewood Duo off of the new dubFrequencys Creme de la Creme: The Mixtape, which can be downloaded right chea. This type of vibe is the **** that I love about hip hop. You roll up and roll the windows down to stuff like this. Enjoy
Some minor details have emerged about Jay’s new label venture with Norwegian production duo Stargate (Mikkel S. Eriksen and Tor Erik Hermansen). A source tells MTV News that the label will be based out of the Roc The Mic studios in Manhattan and will look to sign artists to the sometimes controversial “360 deals” that have become popular since people recently realized that they no longer had to pay for music. The New York Times also reported this past Sunday that the label will also have a publishing arm.

DMX was rushed to the emergency room of a South Florida hospital on Sunday morning, for what an unidentified source told TMZ.com was “fear of a stroke.”
The rapper’s lawyer told MTV News on Tuesday that X (born Earl Simmons) had fallen ill, but Charles Kozelka said he could not give out any specific information on his client’s condition.
During a recent conversation with Rolling Stone, Curtis revealed some details about the movie he is working on to coincide with his final album on Interscope, Before I Self Destruct.
The film which isnt autobiographical aims to show the complexities of what 50 refers to as urban life in a new way: When [movies] portray certain lifestyles they dont show cause and effect, he says. But I showed characters under pressure in scenarios where they felt like there were no other options, even though there were. He adds, There are always options. People just usually start to see them while being incarcerated for not seeing them in the first place.
It also seems that Boo Boo is doing whatever he has to do to make sure Jimmy Iovine eats as little as possible from this project. Rather than scoring the film, which will also be called Before I Self Destruct, with music from the album, he’s writing an entirely separate score and bringing in unsigned artists to spit the vocals.
