my favorite apples

I just discovered another tasty variety of apples today --- "organic pacific rose"
Eating one right now... it is very sweet and juicy, also firm and crisp. I think it is closest to "fuji" but sweeter. The sweetness is clean and refreshing. For people craving sweets, it would make a perfect healthy desert.
However, my favorite kind is still "organic honey crisp". I haven't seen them in the market for a while....
